Michael is responsible for partnering with our diverse client base by providing top talent solutions to help them solve complex problems allowing them to focus on exceeding their goals.
A proud graduate of Youngstown State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, the former Penguin possess over twenty years of experience working with organizations that range from large Fortune Top 100 Companies to smaller privately owned companies.
Along with the recruiting experience comes multiple years of HR experience. As a former Director of Human Resources for a large dental practice management company that specialized in merger and acquisitions, he spearheaded the development of the companies HR department from scratch to a bustling operation center that was responsible for over fifteen acquisitions resulting in employment growth of over 400 percent and increasing their coverage from five offices to over thirty seven offices covering multiple states.
When not busy working in the office, he can normally be found on the softball diamond, football field or any other sports venues coaching his children and their friends in various youth organizations. He is also very proud of the fact that he helped to establish his high school’s athletic hall of fame almost fifteen years ago and continues with his involvement there.
